It organises island needs across six life systems — energy and water resilience; ocean, fisheries and blue economy; waste, circular economy and local production; health, early detection and medicines; digital sovereignty and critical infrastructure; and education, traditional knowledge, island capability and AI education — supported by one cross-cutting spine of climate finance, carbon readiness and MRV — and launches pathways under Pacific 100.
