The spine — Climate Finance, Carbon Readiness & MRV. Every pathway answers two questions: who funds it, and how it is tracked. Financing directions include the Pacific Resilience Facility — the Pacific's own fund, in force since May 2026. Six life systems. One financing and tracking spine.

Palau Medical Hub

From Pacific health priorities to practical global collaboration — growing Palau into the Pacific's healthcare anchor.

Based in Palau. Connected across the Pacific. Open to the world.

Palau defines the priority. The Hub structures the pathway. The world contributes the capability — evidence, not geography, decides what moves forward.

What APAC Is Not

Not a country representative. Not a technology distributor. Not a company introducer — a Capability Orchestrator.

Beyond the Named Pathways

Directly covers medical resilience & essential supply, and keeps sourcing across devices, diagnostics, smart healthcare, and clinical & scientific validation.

The full architecture — pilot, hospital, region ›
Now: 25-participant clinical & community pilot with a local clinic and laboratory (through Nov 2026) — electronic lab results, AI-assisted interpretation, pharmacy refill. Engagement with the new-national-hospital committee. Next: institutional care (wristbands, bedside SOS, nursing dashboards), telemedicine and hospital-at-home; ionized-water cleaning practice; early-detection screening programs; essential-medicines line. Then: a Pacific referral, research and training hub — replicated across Micronesia and the region through Pacific 100. Enterprise trust: GuiderCare's platform is the core system adopted by the SECOM security group; US Nasdaq listing in preparation (company-declared). Third-party anchors: TFDA clearance and the 19th National Innovation Award (GuiderCare) · sovereign development-fund co-investment and LDTS laboratory registration (EpiSante) · IFAT Munich 2026 exhibition (Water Beauty). Labels upgrade as pilot results and dMRV data arrive.

Pacific 100 says honestly where it has no answer yet. These six needs sit at the centre of the Pacific agenda — and their pathway is waiting for its first solution partner. If this is your field, the door below is yours.

This is already moving.

Six numbers, each labelled with its evidence class — proposals are marked as proposals, certifications are named, pilots count only while running. As pilot results and dMRV data arrive, labels upgrade — never the other way. Evidence decides.

Sending your submission…

While you wait, here's what Pacific 100 is organising the region around.

Questions, answered.

The six things people ask first.

What is Pacific 100?

Pacific 100 is a 2030 initiative, convened by APAC 2 IMPACT, that turns Pacific island government priorities into 100 structured, trackable project pathways for implementation, finance and measurable impact. It launched at the Island Life Systems Forum during the 55th Pacific Islands Forum week in Palau (2026). It is not a membership club, vendor list or technology showcase.

How does a government submit a priority?

Through the form on this page — country, organisation, work email and priority area are the only required fields. Every priority receives a personal response within 72 hours, with a short pre-meeting questionnaire and an invitation to book a consultation. After the consultation, your priority is structured into a pathway outline with evidence and a concrete next step. Submitting creates no procurement obligation or financial commitment.

What happens after I submit?

Within 72 hours you hear from us personally. For governments, investors and development partners, the reply comes with a short questionnaire and a booking link for a consultation — after the consultation, your priority is structured into a pathway outline. Solutions and expertise join the capability network and are contacted when a defined need matches. Voices are counted on the live board immediately.

What is the Island Life Systems Forum?

A PIF-week convening platform in Koror, Palau (Aug 30 – Sep 2, 2026), hosted by Palau's Bureau of Agriculture and House of Delegates in collaboration with APAC 2 IMPACT, Pacific Essentials and Belau Wellness. It organises island needs across six life systems — energy and water resilience; ocean, fisheries and blue economy; waste, circular economy and local production; health, early detection and medicines; digital sovereignty and critical infrastructure; and education, traditional knowledge, island capability and AI education — supported by one cross-cutting spine of climate finance, carbon readiness and MRV — and launches pathways under Pacific 100.

What is the Palau Medical Hub?

A regional healthcare initiative growing Palau into the Pacific's healthcare anchor: a live 25-participant clinical pilot (GuiderCare), very-early cancer detection built for island labs (EpiSante, 93.1% reported accuracy), chemical-free hospital cleaning (Water Beauty), an essential-medicines supply line, and island-owned laboratory and traditional-medicine research with Pacific Essentials and Belau Wellness.

Who can join, and how?

Six doors: governments submit an Island Priority — one system, several, or all six at once; technology companies contribute a solution — matched against defined island needs, where evidence decides and payment never buys selection; investors support a pathway; experts contribute skills; development partners explore collaboration; and anyone who lives these systems can add their voice to the live board in twenty seconds — counted, never named. Governments, investors and development partners hear from us within 72 hours; solutions and expertise join the capability network and are contacted when a defined need matches.
