Terms of Use

The terms for using this site.

This page explains, in plain terms, what you're agreeing to by using this website and submitting anything through it — including the Pacific 100 initiative's forms and public live board.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by APAC 2 IMPACT (“we”, “us”), and the Pacific 100 initiative it hosts. By using this site — including browsing it, or submitting a form — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. For how we handle information you give us, see our Privacy Policy, which these Terms incorporate by reference.

What Pacific 100 and APAC 2 IMPACT are — and are not

APAC 2 IMPACT structures early-stage cooperation, deployment and capital readiness across the Asia-Pacific region. Pacific 100 is a structuring initiative that turns island government priorities into trackable project pathways for implementation, finance and measurable impact.

 • This is not a membership club, a vendor list, or a pay-to-access service
 • This is not a procurement platform — submitting a priority, technology, or interest creates no procurement obligation
 • This is not a guarantee of government access, investment, climate finance, carbon-credit outcomes, or project authorization
 • This is not a financial advisor, broker, or fund — nothing on this site is investment advice

Any formal cooperation, procurement, investment or authorization must follow the appropriate institutional and legal process of the relevant government, organisation or party — this site only structures the introduction and the pathway toward it.

Who can use this site

This site is intended for government representatives, technology and solution providers, investors and funders, technical and implementation experts, development and regional partners, and members of the public wishing to raise a priority. You must have the authority to submit whatever you submit on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and the information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

This site is not directed at children, and submissions from anyone under 16 are not knowingly accepted — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle this.

What happens to what you submit

When you submit one of the forms on this site (government, technology, investor, expert, partner, or public-voice), you're sending that content to our team so we can follow up with you, structure a pathway, and — for the public-voice form — potentially reflect it on the live public board.

 • The live board only ever shows aggregate, anonymised numbers by category — never your name, organisation, email address, or the words you wrote
 • If you opt in to have your “voice” sentence read aloud at a session, only that sentence is shared aloud — never your name
 • By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to submit it, and you grant us the right to use it internally to evaluate, structure and follow up on your submission, and — only where you've explicitly opted in — to share it in the limited, anonymised way described above

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete anything you've submitted at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

Intellectual property

The site itself — its design, text, graphics, logos, and the Pacific 100 and APAC 2 IMPACT names and marks — belongs to APAC 2 IMPACT or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this site for their intended purpose (for example, forwarding a link to a government contact), but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this site's design or content for other purposes without our permission.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

 • Submit anything false, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights
 • Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
 • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
 • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from this site without our written permission
 • Use this site for any unlawful purpose

Third-party links and services

This site links to and relies on third-party services — including Google Forms, Google Calendar, and Google Workspace (Sheets and Gmail) for processing submissions and follow-up. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service linked from here.

No warranty

This site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any pathway, introduction, or outcome discussed on it will actually occur.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APAC 2 IMPACT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, or from any cooperation, transaction, or outcome (or lack of one) that follows from a submission made here. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated — continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

We aim to resolve any concern about these Terms or this site directly and in good faith — please contact us first using the details below before escalating anything formally. Where a term must be interpreted under a specific jurisdiction's law, that will follow the law applicable to APAC 2 IMPACT's own registration and operations.
